About browserbench.org scores on Android vs IOS

There has been some considerable improvement on the bowserbench.org benchmark scores for desktop Chromium over revisions (via V8 compiler opts, as well as Skia)

But for mobile Chromium on Android vs Safari on iPhone shows remarkable difference in similar range phones, Do we think this is down to Apple Silicon only ? Both in-terms of V8 and Blink/Skia ? Or is there some other magic ?
