Source Code: performance.now

Hello,

i hope this is the right place to ask this question and get help.

I am looking for the source code of the performance.now function, specifically how [9.1] in High Resolution Time W3C Editor's Draft 25 April 2023 is implemented.

If this is not the right place to ask this question, please let me now if and maybe where i can find the source code.
