Chromoting Build Instructions

There are some instructions here for building the binary for chromoting

It mentions the "Chrome Remote Desktop API" in Google cloud, which I can't seem to find.

Is there a workaround these days?

Those instructions are very out of date now (we should remove them). It's not currently possible to build Chrome Remote Desktops hosts without access to src-internal because you need API keys for services that are not public.
