Did not find class "com.google.devtools.build.android.desugar.runtime.ThrowableExtension", PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Good evening:

     I solved the problem of this link https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/chromium-dev/XsbeF5kw38w myself, but I ran into a new problem when running AndroidJunitTest:

     INSTRUMENTATION_RESULT: longMsg = java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Did not find class "com.google.devtools.build.android.desugar.runtime.ThrowableExtension"

     How can I do to find com.google.devtools.build.android.desugar.runtime.ThrowableExtension class?

I have solved this, but it now show INSTRUMENTATION_RESULT: longMsg=java.lang.RuntimeException: Constructor thew an exception. How can i fix it ?
