Aggressive pre-rendering

Hi all,

Would it be possible to create a setting to whitelists certain domains
to always pre-render? There are some documentation websites which I
access frequently, and use Google search to get to.

Alternatively, this could be implemented as a chrome extension if
Chrome honored rel="prerender" attributes set dynamically after a page
finishes loading, which it doesn't seem to do. Is this a bug?

Chrome should be honoring dynamically added <link rel="prerender"> tags as we have used that to develop our own prototype extensions.
