Centos6 and RHEL6 are still in extended support but everything I've read says that Google Chrome's last supported release for Centos6/RHEL6 is version 58.x.
I write software that makes use of Chromium in these environments. In order to get the dependencies, I used to run the Google Chrome RPM using a special script from the internet that stopped working after 59+.
Has anyone managed to install Chromium for Centos6/RHEL6? If so, what steps did you follow?

RHEL 6 has an up-to-date chromium-browser package in the RHEL
Workstation Supplementary channel, but it is not something Chromium
developers work on. Please ask RH about it instead.
Also note Google Chrome has never officially support RHEL.
