How to compile Chromium from Github?

I cant compile it from https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/windows_build_instructions.md

I am not sure you can get the code from GitHub properly. It is there mainly for visibility or convenience of searching through GitHub (though cs.chromium.org is much better at this).

I recommend that you follow the instructions from the link you mentioned, without anything from GitHub.
