Accessibility failed on Chrome Legacy Window (version - 68.0.3440.106)

Hello,

We are using Microsoft Active Accessibility method for finding the URLs in a Chrome Window. It is running successfully with released Chrome 68.0.3440.106 version on all of the Windows machines.

But when we checked this case in a Windows 7 64 bit machine, we found that the Accessibility is failing due to Chrome Legacy Window. We don't know how it was enabled, means without our permission Chrome enabled the Legacy Window. We tried to disable this option based on the suggestions from Google Search, but no luck.

Kindly solve this issue as early as possible, because it is affecting very badly into our project.
