Hello all)

I know about `--kiosk-print’ startup option for printing programmatically with print(), bypassing dialogs. But it is uncomfortable since it affects all tabs with full screens and requires a Chrome restart.

Do you know of any alternative for printing in JavaScript many pages in a loop bypassing print dialogs?

Do you know also how to set “Save as PDF” as default option?

Do you know of any extension managing this or whose code can help manage ?

Note: I am not interested in extension using web services. I want to leverage Chrome  capabilities through scripts and automation.

Thanks, Antonio

Hey Antonio,
did you ever get a reply to this question? I noticed you asked the same question several places. We also need the thing you are requesting.

Replies inline. FWIW, user questions like this really should go to the
chromium-discuss mailing list instead.

We can de-couple --kiosk and --kiosk-print if you'd like. Please keep
in mind these flags are not supported features.

Nope.

Start the browser the first time and print with "Save as PDF". Then
the browser will remember the last used printer.

Nope.
