Are there newer build instructions for Chrome Remote Desktop API?

Unfortunately it's no longer possible to build Chrome Remote Desktop as a third-party. The new mechanism we use for signalling (exchanging IP candidates to establish a P2P connection) is first-party-only, so it's not possible to obtain API keys to use it.
