Introducing Chromium Dash

Greetings, Chromium developers!

Have you ever wished there was one convenient spot to look up data related to Chrome or Chromium like whether or not a commit has shipped, what branch to use for M69 merges, or what version is live in the beta channel?  If so, please try out Chromium Dash and let us know what you think here!

The home page provides details on all supported workflows, but here are a few highlights:

• Look up which Chrome release first shipped your commits for all channels and platforms - works for Chromium, V8, Skia, WebRTC, and pdfium commits!
  
• See branch details for each major milestone
  
• Review bugs requiring your attention
  
• View Chrome's upcoming schedule and active releases
  
• Bug backlog and SLO stats for each Chromium component

We've designed the application to be responsive, so give it a shot on your phone.  You can find a list of known issues / feature requests here; please star any items you think are important, or file new bugs / feature requests here.

i'm guessing this only tracks external repos ?

how does this interact with crosland/ ?  are there plans to unify these two systems ?  they seem to have a lot of the same goals ...
