Getting error on gclient sync in Chromium 104.0.5112.97 tag source

I cloned 104.0.5112.97 tag from Chromium github and ran "gclient sync". I am getting the below error. I am not able to figure out the error. Please help me out.

You need to follow https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/main/docs/linux/build_instructions.md instead of cloning chromium from github.
