Chromium 96 Include URLs in Blocklist and Allowlist

Hi Folks,

I'm just trying to restrict or block the complete HTTPS or HTTP requests to any domain and allow specific URL only if necessary.

In Chromium 96 source try to find out the exact place where to add the list of URLs to allow and also to block the complete http/https requests.

Policy Templates json meta file there for example but in real time could not able to apply it.

Any suggestions or assistance would be much appreciated
