[highway] gclient sync command error

When I run the gclient sync command, an error occurs in the command, and the error location is in the third-party library

Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:

Solved after re-pulling the code

I reset the highway's repo and re-pulled the code according to the command given by google and also synced all dependencies
