Hello,
Recently because of a project I have to go around the chromium source code and as it is a massive project can anyone suggest the optimum way to do this?

Best,
Sepehr

cs.chromium.org is the best tool for navigating the code.

Also is there a good documentation for that?

+1 for code search. Also, https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/getting-around-the-chrome-source-code is a good guide as to what lives on each directory (and it also has a section on recommended docs to read).

https://cs.chromium.org/ is a well-indexed source code browser. One drawback is that some files that are only compiled on Windows aren't fully indexed.

https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/getting-around-the-chrome-source-code is a useful high-level discussion of the code organization. I'm not sure how much of it is obsolete, though - it still refers to "WebKit" rather than "blink", for instance.
