Wont build on WSL

[Rudy]

I'm trying to compile V8 on linux, but i only have a windows machine so i'm using WSL Ubuntu 20.04. I installed depot_tools but whenever I run gclient sync, I get this error. Here is my full setup from a fresh install:

What do i do to fix this? I'm not quite the linux expert, but i do know my way around usually, but I'm not sure why this error might be occuring
