color of TitleBar in Application Mode of Google Chrome Browser

about Windows System /Google Chrome Browser:

Why is it not possible to set the title bar of ChromeBrowser in application mode? (like in Android)

the <meta name="theme-color" content="#507C62"> has no effect

i start my app via  "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --app="http://localhost:xxxxxl"

i think - the application mode needs this :-)   !!!!

I don't think there is any work being done on improving --app, but you can create apps through the "Create shortcut..." or "Install app" three dot menu option. We are actively working on improving the experience for apps created this way, including using the theme-color meta tag for the title bar.

Hy,

APP MODE:  theme-color meta tag for the title bar would be PERFECT ! (and a color-definition of Icons and Text-color of titleBar!)

how long would it take to get this feature?

Nice would be also what the titleBar has not 2 Lines - the first line is the titlebar - and the second ist the "adress of website-informations"

A Option to hide this line would be perfect - the user of a Webapplication does not need this information if he uses the App every day..
