I am from china and get code behind a shadowsocks proxy .

and I have set the proxy 

by 

c:\>netsh netsh>winhttp netsh winhttp netsh winhttp>set proxy localhost:1080

c:\>set http_proxy=http://localhost:1080 c:\>set https_proxy=https://localhost:1080

Shouldn't it be

set https_proxy=http://localhost:1080 (not https).

dose it work? just "set http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:1080" or "set https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:1080" ?
