gclient sync -D keeps asking me to run gclient sync -D

On linux, why does gclient sync -D keep suggesting I run gclient sync -D?

~/chromium/src$ gclient sync -D
206>Syncing projects:  95% (211/220)

WARNING: 'src/third_party/angle/third_party/deqp/src' is no longer part of this client.

I don't know enough about gclient to say why the sync -D isn't working, but this seems to be a result of febdcf511c0ec497b8006c6ba010d7bb23432bfc, which renamed deqp to VK-GL-CTS. ANGLE manages its own dependencies recursively, so I assume it has something to do with that...

Manually removing the "src/third_party/angle/third_party/deqp" directory does fix the problem for me, though. :-)
