Renaming Sheriffing to Gardening (and others)

Hi Chromium developers,

In an effort to use more inclusive language in the Chromium project we'll be renaming our sheriff rotations to gardener rotations.

A gardener is someone who keeps things green and healthy, which maps to the Chromium source tree metaphor. It is also a common term used for build monitoring and other rotations.

The term sheriffing is used by a number of rotations, all of which are in scope:

• Chromium Trunk Sheriff
• Chrome Branch Sheriff
• Chrome on Android Sheriff
• Chrome on iOS Sheriff
• Performance Regression Sheriff
• Perfbot Health Sheriff
• Security Sheriff (to be renamed Shepherd instead)

ChromeOS gardeners already exist (they handle some chromeos specific issues in chromium like lkgm and lacros failures). Will this rotation name remain unchanged?
