How to analyze Coredump ?

i have just started playing around chromium code, and i am getting some crash in Render process. 

I can see coredump being generated too. is there any good documentation how to analyze it or get backtrace from it ?

but i am really confused about this.

Can you exactly pin point the link for creating stack from coredump generating on linux based hardware ?

When i run , it crash after sometime and generates files like "Coredump.2145.gz"

Any inputs will be really useful.

I use WinDbg for my crashdump analysis and I'm not an expert at debugging on Linux so I don't have any more info for you. Sorry. I was just hoping the links would help you out.
