Fail to fetch source code

hi, everyone

I followed instructions from here:

https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/docs/linux/build_instructions.md#System-requirements

but when executing this command:

fetch --nohooks chromium

this message will be shown:

/home/eric/depot_tools/vpython3: line 45: /home/eric/depot_tools/.cipd_bin/vpython3: No such file or directory

after searching the web, found no answer.

It seems some steps are missing.

Is there anyone who know how to fix it?

I think you need to run `update_depot_tools` before fetch.
