Difference between branches 113 and 114

Hi everyone.,

Reading https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/branches , both 113 and 114 have the exact same description :

"This branch is shipping to stable, and has an extremely high bar for merges.

Acceptable merges include fixes for urgent new regressions (especially user reports), urgent release blockers, and important security issues (medium severity or higher) requested by the security team."

Yet, I would guess they differ in some way, could someone please clarify the difference ?

We promoted m114 to stable today , ( early stable last week) so you should see 113 drop from here today/tomorrow 

There is no difference for these branches , the dashboard should be updated by tomorrow
