How to change chrome://settings before build

Hi,

I want to change the default setting before build, such as the history clear setting in chrome://settings/privacy before building, how can I do it?

Hi.

Have a look at [1] holding the Settings frontend and [2] for the backend. These should be good starting points for making changes to chrome://settings.
