Cannot merge CL

Hi Chromium Dev,

I was trying to merge a CL to branch 3071 but I got the following error during git drover:

Attempt 1 of 3

Fetching origin/refs/branch-heads/3071...

Cherry-picking commit on top of latest refs/branch-heads/3071

Does anyone know what may have caused this and how to solve this? Thanks!

Merging requires committer status.

It also requires your git cookies to be set up.
Log in into chromium-reviews.googlesource.com,go into settings, "generate new http password". That will bring you to a page that explains how to set up git cookies for push access (if you are a committer)
