Get net::ERR_TOO_MANY_RETRIES error intermittently for a website

One of my company websites keeps getting this error intermittently either through a direct call from browser address bar or through an ajax call. I have tried reinstalling chrome, clearing all chrome data, restart computer, disabling network services, disabling extensions, and such. Not sure what is causing this error. It only starting happening a couple of weeks ago. Before it was perfectly fine. I appreciate your feedback!
