clangd chrome-remote-index Win support

Hi all, I'm wondering if there's anything blocking adding Windows support for the clangd remote index provided by chrome-remote-index. I (and many other Microsoft folks) primarily develop on Windows, which today requires a local index for clangd.

linux.clangd-index.chromium.org says "Unfortunately we don't support iOS, mac & windows targets yet", but I'm curious if it's due to a technical reason or just a lack of interest.
