Does this kind like Google Chrome Android Browser released with Nexus Phone and ChromePublic.apk build from chromium public?

There is no difference. The system_webview_apk target is what's used to build the AOSP WebView.

Thanks.  But according to this http://www.howtogeek.com/202825/what%E2%80%99s-the-difference-between-chromium-and-chrome/ and https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/chromium_browser_vs_google_chrome.md,
The major difference between Google Chrome and Chromium Linux lies in: Video and Audio codecs/Flash/, etc.

So this does not apply to Google Chrome Android and Chrome Public  build from source code (And not apply to AOSP WebView and system_webview_apk from source)?

There's no Flash on android anyway. I'm not sure exactly what happens with media codecs, but that's just a build time configuration variable anyway.

The AOSP source tree includes a README that tells you exactly what build settings the AOSP webview was built with; if you use the same settings you get the same thing.

Yes. Thank you very much. The README tells codec maybe different.

Proprietary media codecs are not shipped with Chromium.
