I would like to understand why the "Empty Cache and Forced Reload" option loads the page faster than just clicking reload:

I even did other tests and look how interesting, all Chromium-based browsers have the same "issue":

Video in Portuguese, but in summary I say that in Firefox it doesn't happen, but in all other Chromium it does.

In firefox it doesn't do that.
