ResizeObserver errors in Chrome >=132 (Edge as well)

Chrome 132 is throwing errors (crashing our JS apps) that did not occur in previous versions:

"ResizeObserver loop completed with undelivered notifications."

The error comes from different libraries using the ResizeObserver in different ways so I suspect this to be an error with Chromium itself (newest Edge browser has the same issue).

It worked fine previously and the observers don't seem to do something too crazy.
