Google Chrome/Chromium localization?

Dear all Google Chrome/Chromium user!

My name's Sovichet Tep I'm from Cambodia. Nowadays I'm translating the
opensource and freeware software into Khmer language. These day I also
use Google Chrome and Chromium as my default web browser. But there
isn't Khmer language. So how can i translate Google Chrome and Google
Chromium into Khmer language? Where can i found the translation file?

I have found the language package on Ubuntu: /usr/lib/chromium-browser/
locales/en-US.pak
That's the compiled file, so how can i test my translation? and how to
compile translation file to .pak?
