what does the llvm-symbolizer.exe executable do, in the chromium asan x64 build folder

and could you give me some examples of its use, I'm thinking about this world of chrome

from what I've researched it receives arguments as address, but I can't find its use

llvm-symbolizer isn't a Chromium-specific tool, it's maintained by the LLVM project:

It can be used to "symbolize" stack traces (convert numeric addresses into the names of functions and other symbols):
