It looks like there is an issue with the mirror of the server that prevents you from downloading.

I've reported it as https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=807259 so that Infra team can have a look.

While this is resolved, you can try to edit .gclient file in /Users/iosdev/Documents/Code/stellite/third_party/chromium_ios/.gclient (path based on your error message), and adding the following to the "src" entry in solutions.

  custom_deps = {

    "src/ios/third_party/motion_animator_objc": "https://github.com/material-motion/motion-animator-objc.git@ff39ecc69fdee46d388cc9f882201d54c3d5039c",

  }

Then remove it once you've done the "gclient sync" step.
