Create mini_installer with default language is not English

I want to create a mini_installer with default language is not English. Anyone has a guild for this.

Hi. Some things to know:

• For per-user installs, the Chromium installer will try to use the language of the current user; see https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:chrome/installer/setup/install_worker.cc?q=add_language_identifier&ss=chromium%2Fchromium%2Fsrc:chrome%2Finstaller%2Fsetup%2F
• Otherwise, the default language is the one read from the "lang" value in the browser's "ClientState" registry key; see https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:chrome/installer/util/l10n_string_util.cc?q=GetPreferredLanguageFromGoogleUpdate. Perhaps you can stuff your preferred language there before running the installer.
• Otherwise, the fallback language if no other can be chosen is hardcoded to en-us here: https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/refs/heads/main:base/win/embedded_i18n/language_selector.cc;drc=c1b0023f5a06aea9c7659b313b35ecc0d3d7e707;l=297.
