Is //native_client_sdk/src/build_tools/build_sdk.py dead code?

Hello,

This script is used to build an SDK for NaCl. However it requires python 2 which is now long deprecated and no longer even present on my machine. It makes me think that we have no bots running it. Do we need to keep this script running (on some machine with python 2) or is it dead?
