Chrome source build and pepper flash plugin

I am building chrome from source code. How can I add pepper flash
plugin to chrome release built from source?

For testing purposes, I copy the version from my canary install into
the same place in my build.

PS: Obviously you need to have the right agreements in place to
redistribute Flash with your build of Chromium.
