Problems with ninja on Linux

Currently trying to build Chromium on Ubuntu 14.10 but it's not working.

How did you generate the build files? Was this a GN build or a GYP build?

Tried both GN and GYP but this was GN. Disabled clang now but have a new issue:

sandbox/linux/services/credentials.cc:10:28: fatal error: sys/capability.h: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
 #include <sys/capability.h>

Which means file or directory not found

Did you follow http://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/get-the-code ? Are you setting any custom settings? We have bots in that config that are happy, so in theory it should work and chances are that it's some setup problem on your side.

What does `which ninja` print? The "bad deps log" line shouldn't be printed.

Try a 64 bit build, that's a lot more common and hence way better tested.

Building 32-bit on 64-bit userland system is not recommended.

What should be easier to do is install a 64-bit kernel on a 32-bit userland system.

Did you synced correctly all the files?

As for the 32 bit arch, oh boy thats to damn hard.

Would be better and easy for you to have a 64 bit arch.

For the error i would suggest you to resync with last commits.
