CL gets weird late comments

Is this just "normal" noise? I haven't seen this in any other of my CLs.

I've always just assumed it's random spam. If it's persistent (e.g. you see the same person spamming a lot), I'd report it at go/fix-chrome-git.

Yep, this sort of spam happens, and it's been discussed a bit in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1050724.  Reporting it is apparently the right thing to do.
