Hi,

I’m using GitHub Actions to build Chromium with autoninja (SISO). During the build, the amount of log output is so high that the GitHub Actions UI becomes almost unusable and stops updating.

I’m aware of the --quiet option, but I’d like to keep progress updates — just at a lower frequency (for example, after every 100 files). Is there a way to configure autoninja/SISO to reduce the update rate or batch the log output?

CleanShot 2025-08-15 at 10.56.22@2x.pngThanks,
Josh

Hi Josh,

Siso doesn't have an option to change the frequency of status updates. IIUC, Ninja also doesn't have that feature, too.
