Is there any way to connect arduino with chromium and to run it safely without crashes

Arduino has it's own protocol (or you can implement a custom protocol), but you would probably need to write an extension that uses devices API, e.g. https://developer.chrome.com/apps/usb. Questions about extensions should be asked on http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-chrome-extension

chromium-dev -> chromium-discuss as this discussion doesn't belong to chromium development... unless somebody is planning to actually make chrome run on an Arduino (in which case I'll make sure you receive lifetime supply of cake if you succeed)

I think you'll get better luck following this Arduino thread:

Somebody there claims that codebender.cc has already support for Chromebooks.
