Sandbox Processes in Android Chromium and Raspberry Pi Chromium

Why there is only 1 sandbox process for all the tabs in chromium present in Raspberry Pi whereas in Android Chromium there is sandbox process for each tab, in total multiple sandbox processes. Also, in Raspberry Pi GPU is rendering but in Android all load is going to CPU.
How can I get the same functionality of Raspberry Pi's Chromium in Android Chromium.
