    I'm building rust toolchain by src/tools/rust/build_rust.py, full cmd is:
    ./build_rust.py --skip-checkout --skip-llvm-build --skip-test

    Compiling gix v0.67.0
   Compiling rusqlite v0.32.1

My build env is:

Ubuntu 2204

Chromium 132

I assume from your email address that you don't work for Google, so you won't have access to chrome-internal.googlesource.com. So you must NOT have "checkout_src_internal": True in your .gclient file. (Other groups building chromium-based browsers, like Microsoft and Opera, have their own equivalents of this.)

If you don't have that line and something in the build is still trying to access chrome-internal.googlesource.com, please file a bug at https://issues.chromium.org. The open-source parts of chromium are supposed to be buildable; if not, it's a bug.

BTW, chromium 132 is quite old. Please try building from tip-of-tree first before filing a bug, because if there was a build system bug in version 132 it's likely fixed by now.
