How to add Papiamento hunspell dictionaries to Chromium and Chrome

Hi!

I'm the creator and maintainer of the Firefox spell-checker for the language papiamento in its to versions: pap_AW and pap_CW

pap_AW is papiamento version for Aruba country
pap_CW is papiamento version for Curacao country

I have been looking for a way to add the hunspell dictionaries to Chromium and Chrome  in order to add spell checking in pap_AW and pap_CW. I already have and maintain the hunspell dictionaries .aff and .dic for both papiamento version.

How should I proceed in order to add them to Chromium and Chrome?

You can file a bug on https://crbug.com/wizard and link to it here, so I can direct into the correct hands. Keep in mind that there's a long backlog of dictionaries that need to be added to Chromium and Chrome. The process is moving slowly because it's more involved and lacks resources.
