Playing clearkey content on chrome on ubuntu throwing Shaka Error DRM.FAILED_TO_GENERATE_LICENSE_REQUEST (The initialization data type is not supported by the key system.)

Hi ,
I have build the latest chromium on Ubuntu 14.04.
When I am trying to play the clear key content through Shaka player , its throwing error as below :

"Shaka Error DRM.FAILED_TO_GENERATE_LICENSE_REQUEST (The initialization data type is not supported by the key system.)"

I have attached the screen shot.

It plays well on windows, so not sure what is the problem.
I guess clear key CDM plugin support is already there in chrome so it should play even in ubuntu too.


And also I do have a doubt , do we need a CDMi for clearkey running as a service to play the clear key content ?
If not then how does clear key content get played in windows without CDMi running on the other side ?

Will be of great help if I get any pointers..

And how to start debugging the code for clear key playable content.
Actually I want to add external OCDM in the chrome.
