Speech Recognition API in VB

Can anyone please tell me "how to implement Speech Recognition API in Visual Studio"? 

I am making an AI Software which should have to detect my voice and reply me back.

P.S: Since you are good with AI and turns out you cannot use the speech-api webservice outside of Chrome (bummer! :/) could you write instead an AI script which automatically detects these threads about speech-api and replies using a Markov chain based on the previous replies? Not sure that would solve your problem, but would definitely solve mine.

(As a side note, none of this belongs to chromium-dev, which is a ML about Chrome development.)

Is this in real-time? The first thing you want to do is create a GUI interface, which ought to help your AI track an IP address.

I Already created the GUI Interface, now want the AI Speak to me, i am connecting it to into AIML language as a database..

so anyone know how can i connect it to google recognition api please !! :(

In case it's not clear, you can't. There's no "google speech api" for any purpose other than developing chromium.
