What is the version of Xcode do you have installed? Which Mac OS X are you trying to

What's the output of `which libtool`?

My guess is that you're using homebrew, installed gnu libtool though it, and have that in your path in front of Xcode libtool.

Thanks, Xcode version is 7.3  and  Mac os x version is 10.11.4. 

Yesterday, I found the reason that I have two suits libtool (one in path /usr/local/bin/, the other in path /usr/bin/ ).

Thanks, using "which libtool", I found the current libtool path is "/usr/local/bin/". 

I renamed libtool in path /usr/local/bin/ ,  and using "which libtool " , the current libtool path change to "/usr/bin/".

haha, then run command "ninja -C out/Debug-iphoneos All" , compile finished.
