how to disable svg features for android chromium when building?

I removed the ENABLE_SVG macro in http://crbug.com/240006 so it is no longer possible to build chromium without SVG.

The compile-time benefit of disabling SVG was fairly small and, for better or worse, SVG content is on roughly 10% of pages today.

i am so sorry, i mean the patch for the changes about remove the enable_svg flag.

While not impossible, it will be quite difficult to compile without SVG these days.

I am curious why you would like to disable SVG. Roughly 10% of pages today contain SVG and a browser without SVG would be substandard. If you are interested in reducing compile time or binary size, there may be other features that are easier to remove with less impact on your users.

yeah, i want to reduce the binary size, can you tell me what other features can be remove. by the way, i 'm found the  patches are not match the current repository,some file are not found.
