How to use chromium as a library project in android ...

I want use chromium as library project  for building web browser ...

I have gone through it before ,it only contains steps for building apk file.

 documentation doesn't show any steps to get library file(jar) which can be include in my android project using eclipse ..

Please, can u guide me with proper steps ?

That's because it's explicitly not supported. If you want to create something like ChromeFrame then you probably want to start from aforementioned page - but you'll need to decide just what do you expect from said project.

There are no such steps because the ability to embed Chromium in other applications is explicit NON-GOAL for Chromium project.

There are other projects which try to do that (the most well-known is probably CEF: http://www.magpcss.org/ceforum/ ), but they don't currently support Android. You can ask them about their plans WRT Android support and/or help them, etc.
