border radius in v62 user agent stylesheet

The recent update of my Chrome browser to v62 has added an unexpected style within the user agent stylesheet. All button elements now automatically apply a border-radius of 4px. I find this to be a completely unacceptable change. 

I would assume a vast number of websites do not have that property defined in their CSS, and are effected by this change. Developers expecting square edges to be the default will now have the appearance of their designs differ from what was planned, approved, and currently live. A code change now required for every effected website.
