Missing Picture in Chrome Frame Viewer

hi, 

 

I try to use frame viewer to profiling cc module.

Frame viewer complains "Missing Picture, your trace didn't have pictures for every layer. Old chrome versions had this problem", but My Chrome app is 45.0.2454.15 beta-m (the last version) indeed.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Thank you :)

Did you launch Chrome with the following flags?

--enable-impl-side-painting --enable-skia-benchmarking

Old habits die hard.. --enable-impl-side-painting is no longer required. The only flag needed is --enable-skia-benchmarking

I also found we hit an exception viewing DisplayItemLists (formerly Pictures). I've filed crbug.com/515179 and will fix this today.
